Welcome to Bricks to the Max, a venture between a mother and her young, Lego lovin’ son. 

By placing an order in our store, you agree to the following terms:

Minimum order is $10.00.  All items are stored in a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home.

PLEASE NOTE! We are currently undergoing inventory of our entire store.  Please be patient with us as this is a huge, and time consuming undertaking.  While we take great care in maintaining our inventory as accurately as possible, we have found the occasional discrepancy.  If you place an order and we are short on any item, we will promptly notify you.  If you have any questions, please ask.  We are here to help.    

Our current inventory consists of brand new parts from sealed sets as well as inventory purchased at our local Lego store's Pick A Brick Wall.  We have recently added a small amount of used parts.  All parts are sorted and promptly placed in clear bags stored in plastic bins.  Please note that new parts may have light markings due to the nature of their original packaging.  We do our best to make sure all parts are as advertised but if something slips past us, please let us know so we can make it right. 

Used parts are kept separate from new parts in an entirely different area.  These are carefully inspected for damage.  Used parts will usually show some signs of wear, from light scratches (almost new, very good condition) to good (played with condition) but never less than that.  We will not sell anything we would not use ourselves, and we're pretty darn picky! 

Used means used.  If you want new looking parts, don't take any chances.  Buy them new.  

We strive to please and hope your buying experience is memorable (in a good way!). Should there ever be an issue, please let us know immediately so that we may make it right for you.  We are Bricklink customers ourselves, so we know how it feels when a transaction goes well and, on ocassion, when it doesn't.  Customer service is key and always our main goal as a seller.  We are by no means perfect, but we always strive to do our best. 

If by any chance we have missed a piece when you receive your order, we will refund you the amount paid for the missing part.  

Please let us know if you are looking for something specific that you don't see in our current Bricklink inventory.  We have five times the (new) inventory we show here available and on hand, along with a large number of sealed sets that are not yet listed in our store.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.  Our Paypal account settings prohibit international accounts from completing payment transactions even if the account shows a U.S. address.  If your Paypal account is not based in the U.S. but shows a U.S. address, you will not be able to complete your purchase in our store.  

We ship same day (M-F) if order is received before noon.  Larger orders may take an additional 24 hours to process.

US Based PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Please make sure that your shipping address is current on your Paypal account.  We only ship to the Paypal address listed in your Paypal account settings.  This is for your peace of mind as well as ours.  Items shipped to an address different from that in your Paypal account are not covered by Paypal's protection plan

Large orders may require the purchase of insurance.  Please inquire if you have any questions.
